* PLACING AN ORDER *
At Kawaii Imports, we have an easy-to-use shopping cart system. So you can go ahead and add items to your cart and then submit your order when you're ready. You will be directed to the PayPal screen to pay for your items. However, please note that shipping costs are not yet included in the prices that you see for your items. Thus, you will receive an additional PayPal Money Request for the shipping cost separately, shortly after placing your order.
Please read the 'Shipping' section below for detailed information regarding shipping costs.
* PAYMENT *
We accept PayPal as our method of payment. (PayPal instant payments via account balance or credit card only--no bank wires/e-checks). Orders are shipped to PayPal Confirmed addresses only.
* SHIPPING *
Please note that the cost of shipping is not yet included in the listed prices of our items. Thus, you will receive an additional PayPal Money Request for the shipping cost separately, shortly after placing your order.
So if you're interested in a product, we encourage you to contact us first, to ask for a shipping quote based on your location, and we'll gladly calculate the shipping total of your potential order for you. Just use the 'Ask seller a question' form (located on any item's description page) and be sure to include the names of all items you're interested in, and your state/province, zip/postal code, and country.
All items are shipped from Canada, via Canada Post.
We really wish that our system could have shipping automatically calculated (because we know it would be so much easier for customers), but the eCrater system interface is US-based, and thus accommodates for USPS shipping, but unfortunately doesn't really work accurately with the way Canada Post shipping is calculated. We apologize for the inconvenience.
As noted previously, orders are shipped to PayPal Confirmed addresses only.
* CUSTOMS/DUTIES *
We are based in Canada, but we ship internationally! However, to our US and international customers--please be aware that you are responsible for any potential customs charges, duties, or tariffs, when the order arrives in your country. Any potential charges are calculated by your country's customs agents, based on your country's specific import regulations.
* RETURNS POLICY *
Regrettably, Kawaii Imports cannot offer refunds, nor exchanges--all items are final sale.
